Biography
Colin is a Managing Shareholder on the firm’s Management Committee. Colin has an unusually diverse practice that integrates degrees in technology, finance, and the law. In addition to counseling large corporate clients with respect to the acquisition and management of large global patent portfolios—especially in the electrical and computer arts—Colin also spends a significant amount of his practice negotiating and drafting a wide variety of license agreements as well as other business development legal frameworks. Colin has designed complex joint development agreements, data/software licenses, and IP licensing agreements that include not only legal terms but also the financial ones as well.
